CareCentrix, a leading independent home-centered company that coordinates care to the home for health plans, patients, and providers, today announced that it was designated as a Great Place to Work-Certified company and received a 2022 Top Workplaces USA Award. This marks CareCentrix’s third consecutive year earning a Great Place to Work certification and the second consecutive year earning the Top Workplaces USA Award honor.

The Great Place to Work certification process involved surveying CareCentrix employees and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job, which are compiled to form the Trust Index Score. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. The Trust Index Score is based solely on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization.

The Top Workplaces USA award celebrates nationally recognized companies that make the world a better place by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice. The award process is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey.
