CareCentrix, a Walgreens-owned and leading home-centered care company, is proud to announce its sixth consecutive Great Place to Work certification, fifth consecutive 2025 Top Workplaces USA award, fifth consecutive recognition by Forbes as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers, and first recognition by Forbes on the inaugural list of America’s Dream Employers.
“Our team members are the heart of everything we do at CareCentrix,” said Chief Human Resources Officer, Caryn Ciaio. “We believe our commitment to curating a positive work environment where team members support one another and are empowered to contribute to our mission is paramount. Receiving workplace culture awards, especially based on our team’s feedback, is a true honor and a testament to the incredible people who make up our company.”
CareCentrix’s 2024 Top Workplaces USA recognition was issued by Energage. In the five years that the USA designation has been in existence, CareCentrix has proudly won each year, making it one of 179 organizations in total that are 5-time winners. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, administered by Energage.
Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner, Activated Insights, have honored CareCentrix with its sixth consecutive certification as a Great Place to Work. The certification process involved surveying CareCentrix employees and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.
America’s Best Midsize Employers were based on a survey of more than 217,000 U.S.-based workers at companies with at least 1,000 employees within the country. Survey respondents were asked if they would recommend their employer to others and provided a rating based on a range of criteria, including salary, work environment, training programs, and opportunities to advance. CareCentrix is honored to be one of the 498 companies recognized nationally on the America’s Best Midsize Employers 2025 list.
The inaugural America’s Dream Employers list comprises 500 companies nationwide who were scored and rated by more than 10,000 U.S. college students and more than 140,000 U.S.-based workers at companies with at least 1,000 employees within the country. Students were asked a series of questions, including how appealing an employer was based on criteria including growth opportunities, quality of work, compensation, and company reputation. This was combined with employee respondents, who evaluated companies for similar criteria.
These recognitions join a series of accolades that CareCentrix has been awarded for company culture. In 2024, CareCentrix was recognized as a Top Workplace by Tampa Bay Times for its sixth consecutive year and a Top Workplace by the Hartford Courant for its fifth consecutive year. CareCentrix also received Cigna’s Healthy Workforce Designation for the fourth consecutive year.
