Debra is a Nurse Coach in the Post-Acute Program and has worked in Case Management/Coaching for more than ten years.

Debra began her career at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, working on an Orthopedic Trauma Level I unit inner city where she cared for orthopedic trauma patients and orthopedic elective surgery patients. She also taught Orthopedic pre-op classes and was the Certified Preceptor for graduates from Nursing Students at the Carolinas Medical Nursing School. Debra transitioned to home health care in the community specializing in wound care where she continued treating orthopedic patients at home and obtained an Orthopedic Board certification.

Debra became a Health and Wellness Coach certified through Wellcoaches of America, specializing in Coaching Psychology. She secured a position as a telephonic Nurse Coach working in the field of Population Management. Debra became Case Manager Certified through the Commission for Case Management specializing in diabetes management.

Debra holds an Associate in Science Degree in Nursing from Carolinas Medical School of Nursing. She holds a North Carolina Compact Nursing License and NJ Nursing License, is ACLS and BLS certified.
