Caryn Ciaio brings over 20 years of experience in HR and business operations to CareCentrix. Leading the HR team, Caryn has a passion for developing HR strategy and organizational design, managing large-scale projects and leading cultural change initiatives to create a dynamic workplace and positive employee experience. Her responsibilities include overall people strategy, executive partnership and coaching, and leading the HR team responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition, total rewards, development, culture, and internal communications.
Prior to joining CareCentrix, Caryn spent 12 years at Anthem, holding a variety of roles across different HR disciplines before moving into Service Operations as a Planning and Performance Director and Chief of Staff supporting over 4,000 associates. Caryn also spent 4 years at Cintas Corporation, completing a formal management training program and managing HR and front-end operations. In her most recent role at CareCentrix, Caryn partnered with leaders across the company on talent needs, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement during a period of high growth. She played a key role in enhancing several HR programs, which included architecting and implementing an improved employee onboarding process, and she successfully led the people strategy of several new client implementations.
Caryn holds a Master of Professional Studies degree from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR). She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
