CareCentrix, a leading independent home-centered care company today announced that it has been named one of Connecticut’s top employers and one of America’s 2022 Best Employers for Women by Forbes.

“Cultivating a workplace that is collaborative, equitable, and engaging is a central part of how we manage our company,” said CareCentrix CEO John Driscoll. “We are honored that Forbes is recognizing our efforts and are particularly delighted to be named a Top Employer for Women, as ensuring women are both represented and supported in our workforce has been one of our highest priorities.”

Forbes and Statista selected America’s 2022 Best-in-State Employers by conducting an independent survey based on a sample of approximately 70,000 Americans working for companies with more than 500 employees in the USA.

America’s 2022 Best Employers were identified in an independent survey that reached approximately 50,000 American employees who are employed at companies with a minimum of 1,000 employees. Survey questions were designed to gauge perspectives on topics like parental leave, family support, representation, pay equity, and more.

Both award evaluations were based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees that were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family. Employee evaluations also included other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively.

These awards continue a series of public recognitions demonstrating CareCentrix’s outstanding company culture. Earlier this year, CareCentrix received the Forbes’ Best Employers for Diversity Award, was named a “Fierce 15” company by Fierce Healthcare, and earned the 2022 Top Workplaces USA Award and a Great Place to Work Certification.
