  • Incentives

    We recognize that each team member plays an important role in delivering service excellence to our patients, plans, and providers to achieve overall company success. Each and every full-time, permanent team member at CareCentrix is eligible for an incentive and/or profit sharing program as a way to celebrate our financial successes by giving back to our team members who helped make it possible.​

  • Tuition Reimbursement

    We are passionate about promoting our team members’ growth and development goals. Our tuition assistance benefit covers 100% of approved expenses for college education courses and GED/HSE programs up to an annual limit. ​

  • CareCentrix Cares

    We believe in supporting our team members in times of crisis. CareCentrix Cares is made up of donations by CareCentrix team members and provides grants to help fellow team members who are going through difficult times. ​

  • Paid Parental Leave

    We understand that becoming a new parent comes with so many emotions. Our paid parental leave benefit provides team members with two weeks of paid time off from work, paid at 100% of a team member’s base pay, for parent-child bonding following the birth of a child, a team member’s spouse or domestic partner gives birth to a child, the adoption of a child, or placement of a foster child with a team member.​

  • Paid Time Off Benefit Donations

    We have compassion for team members going through a serious illness, a hardship situation or who are with a medical emergency. Our Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit provides team members who are in need of additional PTO time to request a PTO donation. Living the CareCentrix cares value, fellow team members can donate their PTO time to a team member in need.

  • Expanded Bereavement Benefit

    We empathize that the loss of a family member can be devastating and we want our team members to manage through the grieving process if these events occur. In addition to offering 3 days for the loss of an extended family member, we also offer up to 20 days of time off for full-time and part-time team members mourning the loss of a spouse, domestic partner, or child.​
