CareCentrix, a leading home-centered care company, is proud to announce its fourth consecutive Top Workplaces USA award, fifth consecutive annual Great Place to Work® certification, and fourth consecutive recognition by Forbes as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers.

“Being recognized for our commitment to fostering a workplace culture centered on care and collaboration is a testament to the dedication of every member of the CareCentrix team,” said Chief Human Resources Officer, Caryn Ciaio. “At CareCentrix, we believe that cultivating an environment where employees feel valued and empowered directly translates to better outcomes for our clients and the members we serve.”

CareCentrix’s 2024 Top Workplaces USA award was issued by Energage. Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey.

CareCentrix earned its Great Place to Work® certification for 2024, issued by the Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights, through a process that involved surveying employees from across the organization and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.

America’s Best Midsize Employers were based on a survey of more than 170,000 U.S.-based workers at companies with at least 1,000 employees within the country. Survey respondents were asked to rate their employer, and if they would recommend their employer to others. Responses were given by current employees, employees who had worked for the company within the past two years, and individuals familiar with the company through friends, family, or peers in their industry.

These awards continue a series of public recognitions highlighting CareCentrix’s company culture. In 2023, CareCentrix received the 2023 Top Workplaces National Industry Award in the Healthcare category and earned four Culture Excellence Awards in addition to a Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation and being named a 2023 Top Workplace by both the Tampa Bay Times and the Hartford Courant.
