CareCentrix Earns 2026 Top Workplaces Awards for Woman-Led Leadership and Remote Work Excellence

CareCentrix has announced that it has received two workplace culture excellence awards, Woman-Led Top Workplace and Top Workplace for Remote Work. These recognitions reflect CareCentrix’s ongoing commitment to creating an environment where employees feel supported and connected as they advance the company’s mission to help ensure high-quality, whole-person care in the home. These two recognitions join six others announced by CareCentrix this year alone, including its sixth consecutive USA TODAY Top Workplaces award.
“At CareCentrix, we are intentional about building a workplace where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to grow,” said Haley Sofiane, President of CareCentrix. “Being recognized as a Woman-Led Top Workplace and a Top Workplace for Remote Work is especially meaningful because these honors reflect the experiences and voices of our employees. Their feedback emphasizes our commitment to fostering a culture that supports both professional success and personal well-being. We believe that when employees thrive, we’re better equipped to help members receive the care they need in the place they most want to be – home.”
CareCentrix has been awarded both 2026 Woman-Led Top Workplace and Top Workplace for Remote Work by Energage, an organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces. These lists are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected and Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few. The Top Workplaces program has a 19-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets.
The 2026 Woman-Led Top Workplaces award celebrates outstanding organizations whose most senior leader is a woman. These leaders have fostered and built stand-out workplace cultures that perform. CareCentrix is especially proud to be included among this year’s honorees, as one of only 19 organizations recognized nationwide in its size group. As a woman-led organization, CareCentrix continues to demonstrate that strong leadership, a people-first culture, and a shared sense of purpose can drive both employee engagement and organizational success.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
