Michael Ducharme is the Senior Vice President of Product & Analytics of CareCentrix, bringing more than 17 years of experience in healthcare services management. Michael is responsible for the strategic roadmap and P&L for all products (Home Health, Durable Medical Equipment, Home Sleep, Palliative, Post-Acute Care, and Home Infusion), as well as the development and execution of AI/ML models across the portfolio.
Prior to his role in product, Michael led the Advanced Data Labs at CareCentrix to modernize ethical AI and support patient outcomes, as well as managing the capital portfolio of projects. Before CareCentrix, Michael led business development for an AI powered telemedicine start-up that leveraged deep neural networks to remotely analyze and categorize cardiac sounds.
Michael received a BS in applied economics with a focus in medical science from Cornell University, and an MBA in Finance and Health Care Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Michael currently lives in Skaneateles, NY with his wife and two sons, where he enjoys coaching youth hockey and soccer.
