Haley Sofiane is the Chief Operating Officer of CareCentrix, bringing more than 20 years of experience in operational transformation and excellence. As COO, Haley is responsible for designing and executing the company’s operations strategic plan across functions to deliver a flawless end-to-end customer experience for members, clients, providers, and team members. In addition to her operational performance responsibilities, Haley serves as the Executive Sponsor of the CareCentrix Voice of the Employee program, as well as the Co-Executive Sponsor of the Women’s Network.
Prior to her role as COO, Haley served as the Chief Customer Officer of CareCentrix, overseeing client relationships, and before that served as the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management.
Before CareCentrix, Haley served as the enterprise leader of Provider Experience and Insights and Analytics at Anthem, Inc. (now Elevance Health, Inc.). As a consultant at Accenture, Haley helped Fortune 500 companies enhance operational and process performance.
Haley holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University and dual-bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Communication from Fairfield University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Human Resource Leadership. She is a six sigma black belt and a project management professional.
