Jecarma Allen serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CareCentrix, providing executive leadership for the company’s Human Resources and Process Excellence functions. With more than a decade at CareCentrix, she brings institutional knowledge, strategic insight, and a commitment to the organization’s people-centered mission.

Over the course of her 20+ year career, Jecarma has held a variety of human resources leadership roles, serving as a trusted advisor to executive and leadership teams. She has successfully led organizational transformations, talent strategies, and workforce initiatives across multiple industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and education. Her expertise spans employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.

Jecarma holds an Executive Master of Human Resource Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas.
