CareCentrix, the leading provider of home-based and post-acute care (PAC) solutions, happily announces for the second consecutive year that it has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 recognition by The Tampa Bay Times. The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization.

This award continues a series of public recognition of the strength of CareCentrix’s company culture. In January, CareCentrix was recognized by independent analysts at the Great Place to Work Institute with a certification as a 2019-2020 Great Place to Work® and last month, CareCentrix was named to FlexJobs’ annual list of the Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2020.
