- Monitors and evaluates performance against industry and regulatory standards
- Monitors, evaluates and takes actions to improve internal and external customer satisfaction
- Evaluates and addresses complaints and adverse events to identify opportunities to improve quality, minimize risk and promote timely resolution
- Monitors and assesses quality while promoting the effective utilization of services and resources
