
Eric Reimer was appointed chief executive officer of CareCentrix in 2008. Prior to joining CareCentrix, Eric led strategic development for Magellan Health Services, Inc. He spearheaded the company’s acquisition of National Imaging Associates (NIA), and transformed the $50 million business into a full-service radiology benefits management firm generating $300 million in annualized revenue. Eric was also instrumental in Magellan’s acquisition of ICORE Health Care, a specialty pharmaceutical business.
Prior to Magellan, Eric held executive positions with CIGNA Health Services and Prudential Healthcare. He also worked with Boston Consulting Group, and was a co-founder of Internet Healthcare Group, a $150M private equity fund.
Eric received his master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Washington University.

As chief financial officer Bob LaGalia is responsible for all financial matters for CareCentrix, including strategy, medical economics, and reporting.
He joined CareCentrix from Magellan Health Services, where he served as president of the company’s radiology benefits management (RBM) business, National Imaging Associates (NIA). Bob co-founded NIA in 1996, which grew to become one of the industry’s leading RBM companies generating more than $300M of annual revenue serving commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid health plans across the country.
Prior to co-founding NIA, Bob worked in corporate development for Quest Diagnostics and held various financial management positions with Corning Incorporated. Bob is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University at Albany, State University of New York.

Bill Kerr provides leadership for CareCentrix’s clinical programs, quality management, product development, account management, marketing and sales.
Prior to CareCentrix, Bill served as chief medical officer for WellCare Health Plans. He directed the company’s health services and pharmacy departments, as well as its quality management, care management, health and wellness, and network contracting strategy. Previously, Bill served as chief medical officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. He began his career as a primary care physician at Texas Children’s Pediatric Associates. He is a Fellow and Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics.
Bill received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.

Rex Adams leads all aspects of operations and information technology at CareCentrix.
Previously the chief operating officer for WellCare Health Plans, Rex had full responsibility for all operations, data and technology activities at the company. He played an active role in growth initiatives and regulatory programs related to Medicaid and Medicare expansion, HealthCare Reform and several infrastructure investments.
Rex joined AT&T as president and chief executive officer of AT&T East after their merger with BellSouth. Throughout his prior twelve years with BellSouth, he held progressively larger leadership roles including president of Long Distance, president of Wholesale Services, and roles within Information Technology, Product Development and Management, and Corporate Planning and Development. He began his career as a consultant at Monitor Company, a strategy consulting firm founded by Harvard Business School professor, Michael Porter. Rex has also previously served as a board member for the Yale-New Haven Hospital.
Rex received his masters in business administration from the Harvard Business School. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Alison Gilligan is a senior health care executive with more than 20 years of experience. Prior to CareCentrix, she co-founded and served as chief executive officer of VeriMedx, Inc., an early-stage geriatric disease management company.
Previously, Alison held senior management positions with Patient Care, a large regional homecare company; L.E.K. Consulting, an international strategy consulting firm; and Mariner Health Group, Inc., a publicly traded company operating sub-acute care facilities and ancillary service providers nationally. While at Mariner, Alison also served as chief legal officer and general counsel.
Alison began her career at the law firm Wiggin & Dana as a corporate, mergers and acquisitions attorney specializing in the health care area. She holds a law degree from George Washington National Law Center where she was an editor on the law review. She received both her master’s degree in business administration and bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University.

Gisele is responsible for CareCentrix’s corporate and regulatory compliance and privacy programs.
Gisele brings nearly 20 years of legal and compliance experience in the health care arena to CareCentrix. Previously at Viant, a national PPO network, where she was vice president and associate general counsel, Gisele was responsible for all regulatory, compliance, and privacy issues. She joined Viant after fifteen years at Cigna HealthCare, serving in progressively larger roles in the CIGNA Law Department and departing as associate chief counsel. Gisele started her career in commercial litigation at Cohn & Birnbaum and Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, both in Hartford, CT.
She received her law degree from the University of Connecticut and her undergraduate degree in finance at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Santosh Dave provides leadership in information technology and process re-engineering for CareCentrix. In his role, Santosh is focused on expanding CareCentrix’s technology services to support the company’s increasing number of customers.
Santosh brings to CareCentrix nearly 20 years of progressive leadership experience in global and fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Santosh served as Senior Vice President, leading the information technology organization for Viant Inc., one of the country’s largest healthcare cost containment organizations. Prior to Viant, he was responsible for systems, technology and security for more than 3,200 facilities for Wells Fargo. He has also held leadership positions with GE and Sprint. Santosh started his career in technology and held regional leadership position in CMC Ltd., a leading consulting company in India.
Santosh has an engineering background and completed post-graduate management work in India. In addition to several technical and project management certifications, he holds CPHIMS and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.

Tom Boelsen is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting and human resource management at CareCentrix.
Tom joined The Olsten Corporation, the predecessor company to Gentiva and CareCentrix, in January 1985 and held several senior financial positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Olsten Health Services, through January 2000. Tom left to serve as vice president and controller for CMP Media In 2000, and rejoined Gentiva Health Services as part of the CareCentrix business division in 2002. Tom headed Finance at CareCentrix before being promoted to Senior Vice President of CareCentrix in 2007 when he assumed responsibility for all CareCentrix operations under the Gentiva ownership.
Tom began his career with the accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bryant University.

Tom Gaffney heads CareCentrix’s wholly owned subsidiary, Sleep Management Solutions. In this role, Tom manages all operations, product development, growth and sales initiatives related to the sleep benefits management product line.
A co-founder of Sleep Management Solutions, Tom has over 15 years of healthcare experience working across the landscape of the alternate site industry including DME, Home Infusion, and most recently as an owner and operator of DME and Sleep Lab operations. Based on an understanding of the cost drivers related to sleep services, as well as the growth in this area of healthcare, Tom developed a strategy to deliver low cost and high quality home-based sleep testing and therapy management solutions for patients; thus, creating a full-service sleep management program for payers to help manage their sleep service spend and trend. Sleep Management Solutions, the first sleep benefits management company in the United States was established in 2006 and has grown to serve several local and national health plans. The company became a wholly owned subsidiary of CareCentrix in 2010.
Tom holds a masters degree in education from Springfield College in Massachusetts, where he also received his bachelor’s degree.
