In 2008, we partnered with Water Street Healthcare Partners, a leading private equity firm focused exclusively on health care, to become a standalone company. We are investing significant resources to create expanded services that will deliver greater value to health care providers, plans and patients.
CareCentrix has earned a reputation for excellence by supporting health care plans and providers with meeting the home health needs of their patients for more than 15 years. We believe that we can make even more of an impact by partnering with providers and payers in new ways that use home health care as a primary tool for helping people to manage their health.
CareCentrix affirms that UM decision making is based on the appropriateness of care and service and the existence of benefit coverage. CareCentrix does not provide financial incentives that promote underutilization and does not reward providers or others for issuing denials of coverage or care.
